Innovative Project Solutions (IPS) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and minority (MBE) firm for engineering, project management, and construction. IPS fulfills client needs through integrated project delivery, design-build, construction management, Lean construction, and general contracting.

Flexibility & Reliability

To augment government personnel, IPS provides staff for technical assistance including architects, engineers, and other specialists. IPS also provides project management services to assist government agencies in administering programs. Drawing on years of experience, IPS optimizes construction activities and delivers innovative solutions to achieve cost savings during every project phase. IPS’s integrated solutions deliver projects from inception, to construction, to commissioning, to turn-over, and finally sustainment in both secure and non-secure locations.

Federal, State, & Local Service

IPS has experience partnering with various branches of the federal government, including but not limited to the DOD, DOE, and GSA. In addition, IPS has worked within state and local governments, as well as local counties and municipalities. Our work across various military branches include the NAVFAC, USACE, and USAF. Securing facilities and ensuring the safety of staff is critical to our government’s infrastructure, continuity, and support.

Quality Management System (QMS)

IPS’s quality management system (QMS) provides a formalized system to document policies, processes, responsibilities, and procedures to meet FDA, ISO, and other regulatory standards. QMS enables regulated companies to qualify, sell, and sustain safe and effective life-enhancing devices.
