CONSULTING

Unlock potential. Deliver results.

With experience in both engineering, project planning, and feasibility studies, IPS can benefit organizations through independent evaluations of a project’s viability. As multidisciplinary professionals who have experience in all levels of master planning, we add value to process design and optimize power plant generation. Whether it is a master plan to ensure the future functionality of an existing or new facility, we work with clients at detailed levels to identify projected changes in a concept of operations. Throughout the process, we consider operational phasing, temporary space and work around, as well as economics and financial viability.

YOUR VISION

OUR MISSION

PLANNING

We address the individual needs of our clients to ensure every goal is met and every expectation is exceeded.

Our planning studies often involve preliminary engineering and design evaluations to confirm the scope and complexity of a project and to identify the social, physical, environmental, regulatory, and financial issues that will need to be addressed. Development options are then identified and a recommended plan of action is developed based upon the client’s specific needs and budgetary requirements. The feasibility study also includes a preliminary sketch or schematic plan to illustrate the overall size, layout, and configuration of the proposed development. It forms the basis from which our architects and engineers will develop the detailed plans and specifications for the successful construction of a project.
