Perform all aspects of mechanical, plumbing, and process piping designs including writing basis of design (BOD), field survey, load calculation, equipment selection, design coordination with the architect and other engineers, drawing production using AutoCAD and Revit, and design presentation to the clients. Fill out plan check applications, organize drawings and documents received from architect and other engineers and submit to the city for plan check, and coordinate the application process. Construction administration tasks including attending OAC meetings, reviewing equipment submittals, answering RFIs, and creating punch lists. Salary: $150,654 /year.
Requirements:
