Description

IPS provided design-build services for the installation of a pre-engineered metal building to house a new Acid Waste Neutralization (AWN) system and associated equipment along with new cooling towers located outside of the building in Beaverton, Oregon.

The services included constructing curbs, AC pavements, sidewalks, and ADA ramps as well as excavating, grading, and constructing concrete slabs and housekeeping pads for the AWN system, electrical, and mechanical equipment.

IPS provided demolition services for the existing parking stalls, fence, curb, asphalt, manhole, and underground utilities as well as installation services including a new underground sanitary sewer, storm piping, manholes, structure steel, and metal wall panels.
