IPS provided preconstruction and project management services for this healthcare client. Completed on a fast-track schedule in just 7 weeks, the space comprises of private offices, exam rooms, a break area, and a reception area. Some of our work included creating detailed progress budgets, controlling project costs, and coordinating vendors and suppliers. With construction occurring during the pandemic, work was completed with enhanced COVID-19 safety protocols. The synergy and team approach to this project among IPS, the client, end users, and the subcontractors led to a high-quality finish.
