IPS provided full design-build services to replace four 10,000 CFM air handling units in an occupied ambulatory surgical center building. The project’s design services included mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. In addition, IPS managed the plan check and permit with the local jurisdiction to provide a one-stop shop for the project.

The project was completed with minimal downtime to the occupants by phasing the equipment replacement. IPS coordinated with all trades and worked through conflicts and unforeseen conditions while adhering to schedule. The entire project, from demolition to installation to startup, was completed within a seven-day period.
