Innovative Project Solutions (IPS) provided design-build services for the replacement of the current Acid Waste Neutralization (AWN) system and dozen pump station across the fabrication.

These services included:

• Design and construction of the replacement AWN system.
• Collaboration with our vendor Aquatech for the new AWN system, pre-filter, and equalization tanks.
• Complete design-build services for architectural, civil, structural, process, mechanical, and piping for the project.
• Phasing including demolition of the existing AWN system and installation of the new AWN system.
• Building of a temporary AWN system to allow the shutdown of the existing system.
• Design collaboration with Aquatech to create process flow diagrams and P&ID for the AWN system.
• Permit Set drawings for submission to the city.

With IPS as the Design-Build contractor and Aquatech as the AWN vendor, the IPS Construction team is currently working to finalize the GMP for the construction and installation of the system.
